Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026. Please read these terms before using this site or submitting an application.
What this site is
Online Payday Loans Canada is a referral platform that connects applicants with licensed third-party lenders. We are not a lender, and submitting an application through this site does not guarantee approval, a specific loan amount, or specific terms. All lending decisions and loan agreements are made directly between you and your matched lender.
Eligibility to use this site
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, a resident of Canada, and legally able to enter into a binding financial agreement to use this site and apply for a loan.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application. Providing false information may result in your application being declined and may have legal consequences.
No guarantee of approval
Neither this site nor any lender in our network guarantees approval for any loan, regardless of how an offer or product is described. Every application is reviewed individually against the matched lender's own criteria and applicable provincial regulations.
Fees and costs
We do not charge you a fee to use this site or submit an application. Any cost of borrowing, fees, or charges associated with an actual loan are disclosed to you directly by your matched lender before you sign a loan agreement, and are governed by your province's maximum cost-of-borrowing rules.
Third-party lenders
Each lender in our network operates independently and is responsible for its own licensing, loan terms, and compliance with applicable law. We are not a party to the loan agreement between you and your lender.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, your reliance on information provided here, or your dealings with a matched lender.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
