Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers used for site function and analytics. We do not collect your SIN through this website and will never request it by email.

2. Why we collect it

To match your application with one licensed lender in your province; to operate, secure, and improve the site; to respond to inquiries; and to meet legal obligations. We rely on your express consent, given at the application form, for the matching purpose.

3. Who we share it with

Your application is transmitted to a single provincially licensed lender for assessment. We do not sell personal information, and we do not distribute applications to marketing lists or multiple simultaneous buyers. Service providers (hosting, analytics, security) process limited data under contractual confidentiality. Disclosure may also occur where required by law or a regulator.

4. Retention and security

Application data is retained only as long as needed for matching, dispute resolution, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with access restricted to personnel who need it.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may withdraw consent to future processing, by emailing privacy@onlinepaydayloanscanada.ca. We respond within 30 days. If unsatisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for site operation and, with consent where required, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can block cookies in your browser; the informational pages of this site work without them.
