Why this site exists

Finding a payday loan used to mean driving between storefronts, comparing posted rates on a whiteboard, and hoping the location closest to you happened to have the best terms. That process wastes time precisely when time matters most. We built a single online application that routes your request to a licensed lender suited to your province and the amount you need, so you're not doing that legwork yourself.

How we choose who's in the network

Every lender we work with has to hold an active licence in the province they operate in and follow that province's rules on maximum cost of borrowing, loan terms, and borrower protections. We don't work with unlicensed operators, and we periodically review the network to keep it that way.

What we are, and what we aren't

We're a referral platform, not the lender. Your loan agreement, its terms, and the final approval decision all come from the licensed lender you're matched with — we simply make the matching faster and the application easier to complete. We also aren't a financial advisor; for guidance beyond a single short-term loan, a licensed credit counsellor is a better resource, and we point to one in our financial education section.

Where we're headed

Our focus going forward is the same as it's always been: keep the application quick and honest, keep the lender network licensed and province-aware, and be upfront about costs before anyone signs anything.
