Terms of Use

Effective date: [insert date]. Using onlinepaydayloanscanada.ca means you accept these terms.

1. What this service is — and isn't

Onlinepaydayloanscanada.ca ("we") is a loan-matching and information service. We are not a lender, do not extend credit, do not make credit decisions, and are not a party to any loan agreement. Loans are offered solely by independent third-party lenders licensed in your province, on terms stated in their agreements. Submitting an application creates no entitlement to a loan, and approval is never guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

The service is for Canadian residents of the age of majority in their province. It is not directed at residents of Quebec, where payday lending is not offered. You agree to provide accurate, current information; deliberately false applications may be reported and refused.

3. Free to borrowers

We charge users nothing. We may receive referral compensation from lenders; this does not affect your loan's price, which is capped by federal regulation at $14 per $100 borrowed regardless of how you reach a lender.

4. Informational content

Rates, regulatory summaries, and comparisons on this site are provided for general information, reflect the law as of the date published, and are not legal or financial advice. Confirm current rules with your provincial regulator (FSRA, Consumer Protection BC, Service Alberta, or your region's authority) or the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada before making decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, republish, or misrepresent this site's content; submit applications in another person's name without lawful authority; or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for abuse.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lender decisions, loan terms, funding timing, or losses arising from use of this informational service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under consumer-protection legislation that cannot be waived.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [insert province] and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
